Systematic Approach to Management / SAMâ„¢

We provide 2 sections of asynchronous videos in the Learning Center to teach Shift Managers, SRO's and all leaders to lead single sites and fleets! You will also learn the SAMâ„¢, Step-By-Step process to track the development of employees, and align them and the organization-- INPO 15-005. Additionally, we will teach you how to develop and maintain the culture of your organization-- INPO 19-003.

Development and Performance

The Learning Center has videos that teach your SM's / SROs to establish tasks and expectations, and produce effective performance evaluations to engage employees, improve productivity, and alignment. Our site establishes and maintains INPO's Continuous Improvement Culture through a certification and requal exam at the end of the courses. 

Organizational Alignment

The Learning Center Videos also help you adjust your organizational structure to provide a supportive environment for SM development, organizational alignment, performance, culture change, safety culture and culture sustainability. 

Culture Development

Culture is an integrated process and is not created in a vacuum. Someone has to teach the culture to the organization! In The Learning Center, we teach you how to integrate behavior, employee development, alignment, supporting organizational structure, and management process to get the desired cultural outcome; all while learning how to maintain the culture into the future!

E-Learning course

Specialized e-learning courses for individual sites and fleets, which includes the SAMâ„¢ model and a certification test at the end (E-Learning and Certification only).

Performance Evaluation Form

An HR tool that will streamline the employee development process, available for lease to HR departments coming soon!

SAMâ„¢

Our management model incorporated into all our e-learning courses; it is foundational to our services. This is also an e-learning course on its own for general management and employees.

Consulting Services

Individual Site

Access to the Shift-Manager specific and SAMâ„¢ learning centers for the site with a certification at the end + A consultant is assigned to your site to conduct organizational and behavioral assessments, assess organizational structure, implement SAMâ„¢, monitor implementation, and align and establish a culture. The option for us to train an in-house corporate oversite is available for additional cost.

Fleets

Everything included in the Individual Site package including the manpower on our end for multiple sites + we train an in-house site representative and your in-house corporate oversite.

Fleets option on our Learning Center page includes the e-learning and the consulting, the two cannot be separated.
