Consulting and Site Representatives
Our comprehensive consulting services, tailored to the unique needs of nuclear power plants, include thorough assessments to identify areas for improvement, followed by collaboration with plant management to implement effective solutions. We also offer a Site Representative Program where we train employees of your choosing from your own organization as an oversite implementer to ensure the proper measures are taken in the SAM™ Process by the rest of the organization.
Training Programs
Our training programs consist of videos for all management and shift managers alike. The eLearning is put into the SAM™ (for all non-Shift Managers) and Shift Manager courses to teach employees how to cultivate the culture they want in the workplace.
Performance Evaluation Form
The Performance Evaluation Form (PEF) is a tool used to streamline the employee and management development tracking process. With our HR tool, you will be able to track where your employee is in their development all while ensuring accountability that your manager is helping the employee accordingly.
